At Bona Fide, we want you to feel unstoppable in your gear; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
